Wagyu
Wagyu (Jipun: 和牛) iya nya dagin chapi ti datai ari chapi Wagyu Jipun.[1] Rega dagin mar amat lalu dianggap nyadi siti ari keping dagin chapi ti pemadu manah.[2] Mayuh marbling ba dagin nya, reti nya bisi belang lemak dalam dagin mirah ti ngasuh dagin nya lembut sereta lembap agi, seraya nambahka asai. Kadang-kadang dagin chapi Wagyu tu dikumbai utai ti bebida bepelasarka ari ni penatai iya. Sekeda chunto iya nya dagin chapi Kobe, dagin chapi Matsusaka, tauka dagin chapi Omi.
Bisi 9 buah kandang menua ke nupi chapi Wagyu, iya nya Prefektur Miyazaki, Hokkaido, Prefektur Kagoshima, Prefektur Shiga, Prefektur Miyagi, Prefektur Gifu, Prefektur Kumamoto, Prefektur Hyogo, enggau Prefektur Kagawa.[3]
